Surf browser

This has been an on and off project of mine, but I'd like to get surf set up as my default browser, if possible.
There are a few things that need to be done:
- Creating a surf repository for all of my patches
- Patching surf with chromebar feature
- Figuring out how to use an adblocker on it
- Make sure youtube videos work (I think this was an issue last time)
- Figure out a password manager for it, similar to chrome's Password Manager
