Doesn't work on Windows Phone (IE9 Mobile)

It appears IE9 mobile on Windows Phone Mango 7.5 doesn't fire the hashchange event, so BBQ is broken.
getState works fine, but after clicking a link (<a href="#key=value>), nothing happens.
