So far I've added support for large attachments and version handling for them.
Now working on a callback mechanism for replication, so you can do something, once it's done.

@fscz keep your MediaLib outside the TouchDB-Android fork. It is a problem for others to pull your changes on the TouchDB-Android project - and subsequently to push back changes.
