Android replication works over Wifi but not 4G

Replication is working when Wifi is connected but stops after Wifi goes out of range.
Another problem is that even after Wifi is re-established, replication doesn't work
We found the problem was that we were directing to port 5984. For some reason it works on Wifi but not 3/4G. Changing this fixed it.
