Update docs with auto-generated sitemap

Summary
A sitemap provides information about the site and its content. Having a sitemap makes it easier to update search engine results.
Problem Definition
Out of date docs links, shown by search-engines, need to be updated in an easy automated manner.
Proposal
Update docusaurus deps, incl. sitemap generation.

- Not duplicate issue
- Appropriate labels applied
- Appropriate contributors tagged
- Contributor assigned/self-assigned
- Is a spike necessary to map out how the issue should be approached?
