How about to add `homebrew` way for Monterey?

In this problem, ProperTree opens a black window on macOS Monterey (12.x).
Only provide a way to download and install python3 from official python.org.
I think it's good alternative for homebrew user,
brew install python@3.xx
brew install python-tk@3.xx
