Certificate mass import

Feature description

With version 1.28 CovPass received a new feature which allows the user to import multiple certificates from one PDF. CWA should offer the same functionality.

Problem and motivation

This feature could be used in different scenarios. One use case would be that the user exports all certificates from CWA on their old device, moves to a new phone & there the user wants to import all certificates again. In this case such a mass import feature would be really helpful.

As the CWA project went into ramp-down mode, I don't expect this feature to be implemented. I'm therefore closing this issue.
