Broken Theme after fork 'Error: is not a valid hex color...'

I have fork the free ver under https://angular-u2iz6v.stackblitz.io
right after i get the error
Import error, can't find file:
/src/styles.css
Spec:
- OS: Chromebook
- Browser: Chrome v84
How is the proper step to fork an angular template? from the editor it looks good as many files been copied. Then i tried to manually create a styles.css under "src" folder. Things seems get through, a lot of dependencies installed.
But the layout look broken (as you can see from link above). Then console reflect error
