The type of load balancer for idman-ip should be ALB instead of classic load balander

for HTTP or HTTPs service, ALB should be used when deploying CENM into K8s cluster on AWS cluster.

The classic load balancer is being retired. It has been replaced by the new AWS ALB and AWS NLB
