oci-hooks.5 man page provides outdated information regarding supported stages

The page says:

Entries must be chosen from the 1.0.1 OCI Runtime Specification hook stages or from extension stages supported by the package consumer.

However, podman supports the 1.0.2 OCI Runtime Specification stages since podman verson 2.2.0 such as createRuntime:

There might be more outdated information. This is the one I encountered straight away.
