Let the Steam Importer update hours played

This should be a toggle that's off by default. The purpose would be to allow users to update their hours played for games automatically, but if they wanted to keep some specific changes to their Hours Played (e.g. I have Stardew Valley on Switch and Steam so my actual playtime is more than Steam thinks it is) then they don't have to enable the toggle.
