Describe the bug
Slow path transactions to Metis are taking much longer than the expected 3-5hs ttc. The oldest ones have been processing for 10 hours now (https://connextscan.io/tx/0xb163b42f2731c5a6100d55521febd3a03be906d099da217037ccceb023987337)
