[ICE: 27] Ethereum subgraph issues

Describe the bug
The Ethereum subgraph seems to be running ~50m-1hr behind. Also, two very large ezETH transactions from Ethereum have been pending for ~10hrs already. Unsure if these are related to the subgraph issue.
