[ICE: 10] WETH-nextWETH position on Arbitrum is not visible in the UI

Describe the bug
The user has a WETH-nextWETH position in our pools on Arbitrum. (addy: 0xa6c7bb04e35d98ed775fe78efe330ebfe7d059a4)
But he can't see his position in our site.
He already tried rotating RPCs which didn't help.
I requested him to check the console, this is the result:
Is the issue similar to this one? : #6171 (btw i don't understand why it appears like "base" if the user is trying to access the pool on arbitrum)

A note on this:
One of the users who reported this says they deposited 0.51 ETH. Then kept it there for 1 month+ @20-22% APR. And now when they go to withdraw (and debank says the same), the total amount to withdraw is less than 100.1% of the initial deposit, when at these rates it should be closer to 101-102%
