CONCOURSE_POLICY_CHECK_FILTER_HTTP_METHODS is wrong

The documentation is incorrect -- it should be singular, not plurals. I will put in a PR.
Also found an issue with the vault credential manager.
At least for kv2, the actual reference should be secret.data.key_name, instead of secret.key_name
nvm, just found kv2 support was added after 6.7.4.
