docker-compose.yml on homepage fails to run

When running docker-compose up -d with the YAML linked on the homepage, the development_concourse_1 container exits with this in the log:
the required flag `--worker-tsa-worker-private-key' was not specified
I have the same error running on OSX.
This will be fixed once v5.2 is out. Sorry for the breakage!
