Document Vault shared path

Hey,

In concourse/concourse#3221 we got the introduction of Vault's shared-path configuration that allows multiple teams to share credentials.

Although in the release notes we documented that we got that PR in, under https://concourse-ci.org/vault-credential-manager.html there's no documentation about it.
