Incorporate SemidirectProduct revisions

- Revise SemidirectProductRev if needed
- Replace SemidirectProduct with SemidirectProductRev, since it has a superior API (credit to Geordie for developing this!)
- Integrate SemidirectProductRev into MultipleSemidirectProduct
- Demos, e.g., recipe maker with 2x button that affects LwwCRegister's storing the amounts
