Javascripts in less folder in version 3.1.1

I see that this is fixed on the master branch, but I'm not going to use the master branch for my composer dependencies. Can we get the javascript removed in a version tag?

I've created a pull request (#31) for the update to Bootstrap 3.2.0. As soon as this gets merged and tagged, this should be resolved.
