I need help in getting my twitter account back

Hi, I was looking for people who can help me with my issue and I stumbled upon your account. I was hoping you could help me with my problem. Do you help other people in retrieving their twitter accounts back? I have no idea how hacking works and I have no knowledge about password cracking. I know I'm asking for a lot but is it possible for you to help me retrieve my old twitter account back? I was fooled by a twitter user into giving my twitter account to them so that they could "transfer" their saved accounts to mine. I was trying to team up with other twitter users. I thought this account was legit and they asked for my password so I gave it to them. A few minutes later, my twitter account logged out on my phone and I tried logging in again but they already changed the password and email. I've been trying to ask other people for help but no one could help me. I tried contacting other people about my problem but it's either they don't know how to help me with my issue or they're asking for money. I have no source of income I'm only 16 years old, still in school. I did everything I could to get help from Twitter Support but they couldn't help me. My issue was not one of the concerns of twitter support. My twitter account meant a lot to me. It has been my account for 5 years. I have made many friends and memories in there. It was my escape and it was a way to express my thoughts and feelings to the world. It would mean the world if you could help me get my account back. Thank you, have a nice day!
