I just lost un-checked in code due to that :-

Can you please provide a short example?

Program was in cwl-upgrader/main.py, CWL description was in
cwl-upgrader/main.cwl.

I invoked cwl2argparse -d cwl-upgrader cwl-upgrader/main.cwl and lost the
contents of cwl-upgrader/main.py
