Hoogle documentation is no longer available to download

Prior to lts-10.8, the hoogle documentation archive can be downloaded via a link such as: https://s3.amazonaws.com/haddock.stackage.org/lts-10.8/bundle.tar.xz, however this is no longer true for the latest lts-12.16 release, is there any plan to add this feature back?
Unfortunately not for now, sorry.
Closing as de facto "won't do" per lack of recent engagement with this issue.
