Add doc annotations to the plugins and components

User Story
As a developer I would like to have the documentation of the components and plugins automatically generated. So that changes are automatically posted.
Acceptance criteria
Use the doc annotations as explained here: https://custom-elements-manifest.open-wc.org/analyzer/getting-started/#usage
