App doesn't handle percent based BO/SO

Describe the bug
In the app it doesn't properly handle a BO / SO based on % of bankroll. This causes the application to not calc the max funds properly. It appears to only be calcing the the next SO.

Based on some initial testing using a % based "max funds" column can be a bit unreliable. Even 3Commas does not fully handle this and they calculate the value based on the current portfolio at the time of the order being taken, which poses some large calculation issues for accuracy.

For now this will remain unsupported unless demand grows for it.
