AttributeError: module 'pulp' has no attribute 'list_solvers'

Latest pulp version does not have "solvers" module.
kindly help in this regard

I installed PuLP via:
- pypi (python -m pip install pulp)
- github (python -m pip install -U git+https://github.com/coin-or/pulp)
- Other: ___ (conda?)
