unmet dependencies

I have tried installing the newest package for igpu for Plex but with the last step i get this error:
root@plex:~/neo# apt-get install intel-opencl-icd Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading state information... Done intel-opencl-icd is already the newest version (23.17.26241.22). You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these. IT works anyway when i manually add plex to the syslog group.
