bug(welcome): welcome screen goes to background after closing commit view

Currently, if you close the commit / graph / stash view, you will be sent back to the welcome screen, but it will be sent behind all existing windows where you can't see it. It should instead be set as the current active window.
Looks like this was a bug in compose, it no longer happens after updating 🎉
