Battery icon was not properly created

dizel247 opened this issue · comments

When created icon for the program png images was not saved with transparent background. Therefore it looks bad in the application folder. See screen shot bellow:

I have created proper icon here. This icon was taken from iconfinder.com I have to note that for mac retina it will look desorted because of lack of 512x512 size.

I have found another image there and created icon as well. If should look good on any mac.

Also like to make a note. To make identical looking mac battery time you need to decrease font size on the time remaining.

oh, I guess you have retina display then :P I wanted to try keep the image size as low as possible with the size of 1024x1024. But I updated the icon now so the the 1024x1024 icon are transparent also.

Thanks for submitting the issue!

I also decreased the font size #12. the next release will have that update.

Perfect all looks good. I still suggest some different icon. Something cooler ;)

This icon is just a "we need an icon right now"! But if there is someone with some design skills using this App it would be amazing if he/she could create a cool icon. :)

yes, I would be happy if some designer could make a cool battery icon in 1024x1024 :)

My team will design an icon tomorrow.

Regards,

Roman

ah nice, thank you!

A little problem with the icon for the battery fully charged, the edge is grey but not black like the others icons of the others states.

You can see the difference between the official icon (at right) and the icon of "battery time remaining" (at left)

PS : You can see that the icon is a little more top than the official icon (with retina display) it's not centered

Hello,

Find attached the icon as promised. Please add this if possible:

Icon provided by happytel.com free calling for all.

Enjoy ;)

Could you make the icon 1024x1024 also?

Thank you!

Icon was done in 512x512 looks good on retina mac. Why do you need such high resolution?

doh, I mentioned 1024x1024 several times. Apple wants that high resolution thats why.
