Open source server-side code

Since this is an open-source app, I should migrate the server-side code (e.g. authentication landing page) to GH Pages or another similar service.

Any idea where I could host these (php) files? Or, could I turn index.php into a json and just use pages?

I pushed the code to the firetext/server branch.

This is complete, although I would like to revisit hosting eventually.
