[Elixir] Broken build because of IP out of range fetching Elixir.

Running this command:

I get this in the Codeship console:

Try clearing out the project cache on Codeship. This will allow the script to download a fresh copy of the file. Sounds like the cached one may have gotten corrupt. Click the FAILED
dropdown on Codeship and then Reset Cache
.
