Makes Technologies and Civics 20x longer to research, making each era more meaning full. Changes base movement of certain units: Scouts, Rangers, and modern naval units in particular. Gives player better combat and Xp bonus in higher difficulty. Allows builders to build roads, instead of military engineers. Roads are better, units can move further on them. Makes Huge map size even bigger, Its the same size of Huge in Civilization 5.
