Better Onboarding

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, the onboarding process requires you to understand that you need a "coderoad" workspace/tutorial to be able to start a tutorial.
- Installed coderoad
- "CodeRoad:Start"
- "Oops! No workspace"
- Open random workspace, and click on Start a Tutorial
- Asks for empty workspace.

I'd like to see more improvements on onboarding text so that it's clear what's expected
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Maybe a bootstrapped tutorial?
- Quickstart tutorial?
Definitely an issue. I'll spend some time on improving the workflow.
The goal is to have a one-click launchable tutorial on a users computer or in a browser VM.
