Pause giles

So I load up giles, manually type in some namespaces, and fire it up. I guess I thought it'd be nice to just be able to press 'p' to pause it. That way if I want a break from giles, instead of exiting and then reopening and re-setting up the namespaces, I can just 'unpause'.
