Duplicated "Open in Sail" button after navigation

After navigation you will have more than one "Open in Sail" buttons.

steps to reproduce

Install extension
Go to any page
Go to github page in same tab
Navigate back to previous page
Navigate forward to next page

fix

check if button exists before adding a new button
