settings modal save/cancel buttons not as advertised

Describe the bug
In the settings modal, if you hit cancel the private/public toggle retains the settings still (Meaning if I set the profile to private but hit cancel, it saves as private which does orient with the Save button.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to profile settings modal
2. Click on any setting change
3. Click on save or cancel
4. Observe that the setting state persists regardless of how you closed the modal

Expected behavior
State would be reset if you hit cancel
