Icon-a-thon for Verification Documents

So in the process of working on Clean, we've come to a point where we need to communicate to multiple audiences—applicants and eligibility workers—about a somewhat heterogeneous set of "verification documents" that are applicant's are required to provide in order to enroll. Applicant's have many different primary languages, and workers have lots of information to parse. Let's use icons to communicate more clearly what is needed, and where it is!
I'll be doing this as part of the work on Clean, but I would to collaborate with others who love designing icons. @mollymcleod @tchu88 etc.

I worked on an icon design project for people with cognitive disabilities or limited English skills, and I'm pretty sure we made icons for some of those documents.
