MedicalTextLine: CTL for general medical

Placeholder for now. CrisisTextLine provides crisis support to teens over text message. They provide the chat platform and manage the network of counselors, but don't do the counseling themselves. I visited them this week and am completely impressed/hopeful for their model. I think a similar model could work for primary care. The fundamental value prop is to lower the barrier for first touch medical care. I'll flesh this out later.
One quick issue -- 95% sure text messaging isn't secure. But DoctorBase does secure mobile communications with doctors, and they're really keen to help.
Many managed care plans (and even an increasing number of PPO insurers) offer nurse advice lines as the first touch point for patients.
