Can we generate 4.14.3 with quay repository reference for keycloak image

We're currently employing version 4.14.0 for Keycloak charts, wherein the reference for the Keycloak image is jboss/keycloak, but it's currently unavailable.
I've observed that with Keycloak version 18.0.0, the image reference has shifted to quay.io/keycloak/keycloak.
Is there a way for us to update the Keycloak image reference in version 4.14.0 since direct migration from version 4 to 18 isn't feasible? Alternatively, could we consider introducing a new tag, like 4.14.3, with the quay reference?
