Suggestion: Help command?

Instead of referring to the readme for list of commands. Maybe add a help command to view list in-game?
Originally I was going to have a web browser open up in-game, found out later when I went to test that the in-game browser can't handle any github related website.
I'll add a list whenever I decide to work on fps-utils again, probably in the same patch as whitelists.
