Error when submitting a job to the job board

I received the following error when attempting to post a job to the job board:
We're sorry but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.
This occured a few minutes ago, and yesterday as well.
This code is no longer running at jobs.code4lib.org. I think you want to put your issue ticket in over at https://github.com/code4lib/job_board
