NSUserNotification is deprecated, change to NSUserNotificationCenterDelegate

I saw this when implementing #59. It looks to be supported on macOS 11, so I don't know what the urgency here is. Given that this project is relatively inactive, it would be nice to upgrade soon so it doesn't stop working once it gets removed.
I know next to nothing about the replacement, but I'm happy to work on it.
