Missing tool to convert BMPs into code CPP

Hello.

I'm new here. I hope I don't say something stupid. The project from Miroslav Nemecek includes a tool for converting BMP bit indexed images into code .cpp. I don't see a substitute tool here. I found one already, but it would be helpful for newbies like me to have the tool here, as on the original repository.
