Grading UI improvements

Page https://chagrade.lri.fr/klasses/wizard/2/grade_homework is very difficult to use. It is impractical to have many columns (each one for one homework). Suggestion: have a pull down menu to select which homework to display.
When it is a group homework, there should be only one submission per group (the last one made bay nay member of the group); only one should be made available for grading and the grade should be shared by the whole group.
All URLs should be clickable.
Line numbers should show on the left of the table even when we scroll and fo not see the first column.
