[Bug] Unhandled exception causes fail to CreateGrunt and task cannot be sent normally

Covenant Server Information:

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
Docker or Native: Native, master branch

Target Information (System that implant is running on):

OS: Microsoft Windows 10

In fact, I did not find a good way to reproduce. When I use covenant, sometimes the following error occurs. When the error occurs, grunt cannot connect back, and it returns to normal after a few errors. It usually happens when I freeze the win10 virtual machine and restart the virtual machine, and the task sent at this time will always show "uninitialized" until the covenant server is restarted.
