Teapots snap to orientation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Teapot Wars
2. Notice how the AI teapot snaps to the orientation he wants to go in
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- AI Teapots should smoothly rotate over time
This should be an easy fix.
