Is there a whl 2022 version of the lower version of glibc (Linux) to install?
Nope, sorry. 2022 versions were built with ubuntu 20.04, and therefore glibc 2.31. That's what github actions provides for automatic builds.
If you need 2022.2 version (or a newer) on old glibc, you'll need to build pymeshlab on your own.
