Plugin should implement Shell, Fortran 77 & 90 languages

Expected behavior

With the plugin we should be able to differenciate all the three languages.

Actual behavior

Therre is only one language called i-Code.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Install the plugin and go and see languages in quality profiles' page.
