Cleanup of unused content (scripts, playbooks, roles)

A lot of the content in CNF Testbed is unused or outdated. Instead of keeping it in the master branch, we should create a new pre-cleanup branch, and update master to only include content that is still relevant.

Goals:
- Reduce content in "master" branch to only include content that is still relevant
- Including content in baseline directories [#352]
- Leaving content that may still be relevant (mainly Openstack/VNF related)
- Create new branch to keep a snapshot of existing content
- (separate issue) Update documentation to match content in "master [#359 #360]
Tasks:
- Create snapshot branch from current master
- Remove unused content
