.tkj not automatically appended to diary name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new diary
2. Give it a filename, without an extension
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: filename gets '.xml' extension added (as this is what is expected
when loading the file)
Actual: no extension added

Changing summary because I'd like a unique file extension for this files (so
Windows
users can associate the extension with this application).
