Changing tags does not update the tag tree

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit a tag on an entry / rename a tag on the tree

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect - the old tag to disappear from the tag tree
actual - the old and the new tag are both part of the tag tree

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
